Michel G. Carle has acquired vast experience of employment and labour law. He has represented clients before all the courts of Québec as well as before administrative tribunals such as the Commission des relations du travail, arbitration tribunals and the Québec Human Rights Tribunal. Over the course of his career, Mr. Carle has acquired in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing, retail and pharmaceuticals industries in particular. He also has valuable experience in representing employers during unionization campaigns, on applications for certification and in collective bargaining. He provides ongoing advice and acts on behalf of a number of companies in matters relating to labour law, labour standards, employment termination, grievance arbitration and corporate restructuring and mergers. Since 2004, Mr. Carle has represented various construction companies before the Québec Superior Court and the Commission des relations du travail, for example, in jurisdictional disputes relating to work on power dams and the assembly and erection of wind turbines.
