Pierre Y. Lamarre has over 35 years of experience representing and advising large and middle-size businesses on employment and labour law matters. Mr. Lamarre regularly pleads before the civil courts and the administrative tribunals which have jurisdiction in employment and labour law matters. He participates in injunctive and judicial review proceedings before the civil courts. He represents employers before the administrative tribunals in matters involving certification, business acquisitions and restructurings, penal complaints, wrongful dismissal proceedings and grievance arbitration. Mr. Lamarre acts very often as advisor and spokesperson for employers in many sectors of the Canadian economy in collective bargaining, conciliations, mediations, acquisitions and restructurings.
