Practising primarily mergers & acquisition, corporate and securities law, Bob acts for a broad range of businesses generally and on transactional matters. Bob acts as lead counsel on a wide variety of significant transactions and has extensive experience on mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations and related party transactions. Bob’s practice includes advising boards of directors and special committees on both governance matters and substantive transactions. Although Bob’s practice is primarily in the natural resources and energy areas, including considerable experience in the oil sands and renewable energy sectors, he acts for a number of clients and on transactions in other industries as well.
