Steve Tenai is a Toronto-based litigation partner of Norton Rose Canada. His practice focuses on corporate/commercial, securities, oppression and derivative litigation, as well as directors' & officers' liability claims. He has also defended several securities class actions on behalf of public issuers and officers and directors, many of which involved multi-jurisdictional proceedings. He has appeared at all levels of court and also represented clients before the Ontario Securities Commission and in connection with OSC investigations. He is a frequent speaker on class actions, corporation and securities litigation and also directors’ & officers’ liability.
