Kaeleigh is a partner in Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP’s Competition and Foreign Investment Group in Calgary. Kaeleigh has extensive experience in all aspects of competition law and foreign investment review and has advised on many of Canada’s most high-profile and complex transactions. Kaeleigh also advises on the conspiracy and other criminal and civil provisions of the Competition Act, including matters relating to domestic and international investigations and prosecutions, undertakes and manages internal investigations, and assists clients in real-time to respond to investigations by the Competition Bureau and other regulators. Kaeleigh represents clients across a broad range of industries, including energy and mining, manufacturing, entertainment, consumer products, transportation and real estate. Kaeleigh is active in the National Competition Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association and is past Chair of the Mergers Committee, the Legislation and Competition Policy Committee and the Young Lawyers Committee. Kaeleigh is recognized by Chambers Canada, Who's Who Legal and The Legal 500 publications for Competition and Antitrust Law.
