He has also dealt with numerous fraudulent conveyance and preference claims, as well as mortgage foreclosure actions. Randal has represented clients on commercial litigation matters, including energy/oil & gas disputes, contractual disputes, shareholders' disputes, real estate disputes, and professional negligence claims.
