Nicolas Sapp specializes in all areas of intellectual property law, particularly in patents, trade-marks, copyrights and industrial designs, for which he renders legal opinions. He is the managing partner of ROBIC’s Québec office. Since 2001, he has been mentioned in the intellectual property law category of the peer evaluated Best Lawyers in Canada published by Woodward/White, Inc. It compiles both individuals and firms recognized for their excellence in many areas of practice. His practice is also comprised of litigation and alternative dispute resolution in matters such as trade-marks, copyrights, trade secrets, patents and industrial designs. Nicolas was awarded a Bachelor of Civil Law (LLB) from Université Laval in 1990, a Bachelor of Common Law (LLB) from Université de Moncton in 1992 and was called to the Québec Bar in 1993.
