Greg obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975 and Bachelor of Laws degree in 1978, at the University of Manitoba. In 1984, Greg began practising personal injury litigation and has practised almost exclusively in that field since that time. He established Rodin Law Firm in Calgary in December 1997. Greg has conducted hundreds of criminal trials and appeals in provincial and superior Manitoba courts. He has also conducted numerous civil trials in Manitoba and Alberta, including precedent setting cases involving issues such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, psychiatric injuries, mitigation and standard of care in extreme sports (skydiving) accidents. Greg has presented at conferences and seminars on prosecutorial liability, trial preparation, conduct of chronic pain cases and “beating the cap” under Alberta’s Minor Injury Regulation. Greg is currently serving his second two-year term as Secretary Treasurer of the Southern Alberta Brain Injury Society (SABIS). He also served two terms as Vice President of SABIS and has been a member of their Board since 2003. Called to the Manitoba Bar in 1979; Alberta Bar in 1995. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2009. Greg enjoys running, working out, scuba diving, motorcycling, boating and spending time with his family.
