Practice is devoted to advising and representing employers in both the public (including municipalities) and private sectors on all aspects of employment and labour relations law, including collective bargaining, collective agreement administration, discipline and dismissal, employment standards, grievance arbitration, human rights, occupational health & safety, workers' compensation and wrongful dismissal litigation. Contributing editor of Executive Employment Quarterly (Federated Press, Montréal). Contributor to Labour Alert (Carswell, Toronto). Instructor in employment law at UNB, Faculty of Business, and at the LSNB BAC. Member of the CBA, LSNB, SJLS, and Saint John Board of Trade. Member of the Public Service Staff Relations Board (Canada) Arbitration Panel as an employer representative. Member of the CIAJ and the IBA Section on Business Law and Labour and Employment Law Committee. Admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1981; appointed QC in 2012.
