Practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and equity capital raisings, primarily with clients in the upstream energy and oil field services industries. His work with private equity, strategic investors and management teams focuses on the leadership and execution of complex business-critical transactions, including the acquisition of private and public companies, the formation of new companies and initial public offerings. Called to the Alberta Bar in 1996.
