Marie Garneau is a partner in the firm's Toronto office practising corporate and commercial law. Her practice focuses primarily on banking and private mergers & acquisitions. She has acted for numerous lenders and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions including leveraged buy-outs, asset-based loans, debt financings and structured financings. Ms. Garneau is a member of the Toronto office’s Associates Committee.
