Jennifer Radford is a founding partner of Tereposky & DeRose LLP. She practises in litigation, with an emphasis on Aboriginal law. Focus areas include consultation and accommodation, title, rights and treaty, treaty land entitlement, governance, and business development. Other practice areas include health law, insurance law, and international law as they intersect with Aboriginal interests. Ms. Radford is a member of The Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association (Aboriginal, litigation, health, and international law sections), the Ontario Bar Association, and the American Bar Association (international law section). Ms. Radford obtained a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs. Year called to the Bar: 2001.
