Conducts a labour and employment law practice, advising employers in connection with all aspects of employment and collective bargaining relationships, including preparing employment agreements and employee manuals, conducting labour negotiations, providing counsel with respect to employee discipline and terminations, and appearing as counsel before courts, arbitrators, labour boards and tribunals with respect to wrongful dismissal and injunction matters, grievance arbitration, employment standards and human rights. In addition, acts as counsel for senior executives in wrongful dismissal matters. Member and former national Director of the Canadian Association of Counsel for Employers. Member of the MBA and CBA. Chairs and appears as a panellist at seminars sponsored by the LSM, CBA and CACE on topics involving labour and employment law. Past Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Manitoba Marathon Foundation and past national Board member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada. Called to the Bar of Manitoba, 1980.
