Practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy, proposals, windups, liquidations, reorganizations, restructurings, receiverships and security enforcement. Acts as bankruptcy and insolvency counsel to a wide range of parties, including leading financial institutions, accounting firms and corporations, as well as in commercial financing and M&A transactions.
