LaSalle Acquisition Corp., on behalf of investor clients, completed the acquisition of 11 King Street West, Toronto, and 70 University Avenue, Toronto, from University & King Toronto Limited Partnership. The aggregate purchase price for the transaction was $135,250,000, and the deal closed on November 20, 2007.
Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP represented LaSalle, with a team that included Stephen Luff, Stella Di Cresce, Ilana Cohen (real estate) and Peter Glossop and Paul Winton (competition).
University & King is managed by KG Allgemeine Leasing GmbH & Co. (KGAL). KGAL was advised by AL.I.NA Fund Management Inc.
