NOVA Chemicals Corporation completed arrangements with a syndicate of lenders on April 3, 2002, providing for US$153 million bridge financing and a US$310 million revolving credit facility.
NOVA Chemicals was represented by in-house counsel Ronald Kemle, assisted by Laurie Barrett and Michael Hart of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. The syndicate of lenders including Toronto-Dominion Bank, The Bank of Nova Scotia, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of America, N.A., Citibank Canada and Bank One, NA, Canada Branch were represented by Rick Borden and Michael Wylie of Macleod Dixon LLP.
