Terrence O’Sullivan, LSM, MCIArb, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1973. His practice includes civil and complex commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on business disputes, financial institution and securities litigation, class action litigation, defense of regulatory charges and professional discipline matters. He is also widely used as an arbitrator and mediator. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society. As a senior counsel, he has appeared before all levels of the Courts of Ontario, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. An author of over 70 published papers on a variety of litigation related topics, he frequently speaks at litigation conferences throughout Canada. In 2012, he received the Osgoode Hall Law School’s Alumni Gold Key Award for Outstanding Achievements. In 2010, he was awarded the Law Society Medal for his contributions to the profession.
