Alan Hutchison relocated to Osler, where he focuses on securities and corporate-commercial law as well as mining law. He was most recently co-chair of Dentons’ mining practice group. He has advised public companies and securities dealers globally in his more than 15 years of practice. Matters include: public and private financing transactions (both equity and debt), takeover bids, M&As, corporate reorganizations and joint ventures. Last year, he assisted Lion One in its non-brokered private placement, for proceeds of $38.2 million.
