Anne-Marie Naud moved her corporate practice to Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, where she is now a partner. She has expertise in M&A, financings and reorganizations — for both public and private corporations — as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. She also advises on governance. Her diverse clientele spans mining, retail and other sectors. Outside of her law career, Naud serves as Vice President of Fondation Jane H. Dunn, which is an organization that runs schools for children with developmental disabilities.
