Jonathan Éthier, Antoine Van Audenrode and Éliane Dupéré-Tremblay have joined Spiegel Sohmer Inc. in Montreal as associates

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In Montreal, Spiegel Sohmer Inc. has welcomed three new associates. Jonathan Éthier practises primarily in the fields of tax planning, corporate reorganization, business acquisitions/sales and trust and estate planning. He also assists his clients in resolving disputes resulting from tax audits, before the tax authorities or in the courts.

Antoine Van Audenrode practises civil and commercial litigation and represents the interests of businesses and individuals particularly in the fields of real estate, construction law, property law and disciplinary law. He also represents clients in the context of shareholder disputes and various commercial and contractual disputes.

 

Éliane Dupéré-Tremblay joined Spiegel Sohmer as a student and will soon be a member of the Bar. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016, after having obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and completed her articles in a national firm. She then obtained a Master of Law degree from Cambridge University and served as a clerk to a judge of the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
