Aphria Inc. acquires Nuuvera Inc.

On March 23, 2018, Aphria Inc. (Aphria)(TSX: APH and US OTC: APHQF) completed its acquisition of Nuuvera Inc. (Nuuvera) pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) for approximately $425 million. 

Nuuvera is a leading, global cannabis company with a strong presence in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The combined company will leverage Nuuvera’s extensive international network and best-in-class manufacturing practices to become the preeminent global supplier of premium cannabis.
