Yellow Media Limited (TSE:YLO) and certain of its subsidiaries (collectively, Yellow Pages Group, or YPG) obtained a five-year revolving credit facility in the principal amount of $50 million made available by Bank of America, N.A. as agent and lender. Bank of America, N.A. was represented by Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP with a team comprised of Arnold Cohen, David Amato, Michele Friel, and Victoria Everett.
YPG was represented in Canada by Stikeman Elliott LLP with a team that included Robert Carelli, Sylvia Avedis and Marie-Claude David, and was represented in the US by Rorie Norton of Ropes & Gray LLP.
