BCF appoints new Chief Operating Officer

BCF announced the firm has appointed Jocelyn Poirier as Chief Operating Officer, to begin February 10, 2020.

BCF announced the firm has appointed Jocelyn Poirier as Chief Operating Officer, to begin February 10, 2020. In his role, Poirier will oversee operations, implement the firm’s strategic plan and serve as a member of the executive committee, an ex officio member of the board of directors and a member of all the firm’s standing committees.

Poirier has more than 20 years of strategic management experience, having held management a number positions in large corporations.

"Jocelyn has extensive expertise and strong operational, legal and strategic skills. The year 2020 marks the 25th anniversary of our firm. He will play a key role in the consolidation of our gains and in the continuation of our growth. Jocelyn is recognized for his unifying leadership, intellectual rigour and strategic vision. I am confident that he will be a key driver in the achievement of our ambitious business objectives," said managing partner at BCF Pierre Allard, in the firm’s announcement.
