Bentall Acquires Two Edmonton Towers

On November 23, 2010, Bentall LP acquired Canadian Western Bank Place and Enbridge Tower in Edmonton, Alberta on behalf of certain of its pension fund and institutional clients from Brookfield Properties, CPP Investment Board and AIMCo. The purchase price for the transaction was not disclosed.
