Bombardier Capital Completes Medium Term Notes Offering

On July 16, 2001, Bombardier Capital Ltd. completed the issue of $200 million aggregate principal amount of Medium Term Notes. This tranche of Medium Term Notes is comprised of 6.35 per cent Medium Term Notes maturing on July 19, 2006.

The notes were issued pursuant to a prospectus supplement dated July 12, 2001 and to a short-form shelf prospectus dated July 12, 2001 that qualified the issuance of up to $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of debt securities (including Medium Term Notes) during the next 25 months. This offering was led by CIBC World Markets Inc. and the syndicate of agents included BMO Nesbitt Burns, National Bank Financial, RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
