Brookfield Properties Corporation completed the sale of Bramalea City Centre (a 1.1 million square-foot regional shopping centre in Brampton, Ontario) to Morguard Investments Limited (acting on behalf of Acktion Capital and several Canadian pension funds) for $180 million. The sale closed on October 10, 2001.
