CDP Capital – Mortgages, an affiliate of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, completed a $67.5 million term financing of the State Street Financial Centre in Toronto on August 15, 2002. The centre is a redeveloped 417,000 square foot prime office complex owned in partnership by Dundee Realty Corporation and International Financial Data Services (Canada).
