CIBC and CashEdge Sign Online Service Agreement

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and CashEdge, Inc., an international provider of account aggregation and funds transfer services, announced the signing of an agreement on October 31, 2001 to provide a comprehensive online financial account aggregation service to the bank’s customers. The new service will allow CIBC customers to consolidate, organize and actively manage their accounts at CIBC or at any other online-enabled financial institution. The agreement’s value was not disclosed due to the nature of the agreement.
