City of Brampton Sells Brampton Hydro

On July 31, 2001, the City of Brampton completed the sale of Brampton Hydro Corporation and its subsidiaries to Hydro One Networks Inc. for $260 million.

Hydro One was represented by Joan Prior, Executive Vice-President and General Counsel, Rod Crown, Assistant General Counsel and Cassidy McFarlane, counsel, assisted by external counsel Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.
