David Jacyk now head of the Vancouver tax disputes practice at Osler
David Jacyk has transitioned to private practice, moving to Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP after spending two years at the Crown Law Office and Inland Revenue departments in New Zealand. He joins Osler as partner and head of its Vancouver tax disputes practice. He is an experienced practitioner of taxation litigation, most notably with the Department of Justice Canada as General Counsel. He has been involved in litigating many of Canada’s high-profile tax cases for the Crown. He was called to the BC Bar in 2002.
