Denison Mines Closes $106M Private Placement Offering

Denison Mines Corp. completed a private placement offering on January 9, 2007 of 9,010,700 common shares for gross proceeds of $105,875,725. Denison Mines Corp., formerly named International Uranium Corporation, recently combined with Denison Mines Inc. to become the premier intermediate uranium producer in North America.

The offering was conducted by a syndicate of agents led by Sprott Securities Inc. and GMP Securities L.P. and included Dundee Securities Corporation, CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and Raymond James Ltd.
