Dennis Ryan joined Doak Shirreff Lawyers LLP in Kelowna as a partner and head of the Natural Resources Practice Group. His practice focuses on all aspects of Natural Resources Law, which includes Forestry, Mining, Agriculture and Environment. Ryan assists natural resource clients with their corporate, regulatory and environmental objectives and challenges, and on all corporate matters, including the formation of companies, partnerships and joint ventures. His experience includes all aspects of business law, including M&A and joint ventures.
