Widely esteemed corporate partner Doug Bryce was selected as Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP’s National Managing Partner and Chief Executive. Upon his appointment, he referred to his new role as “a sacred trust.” Among his goals: advancing the use of technology in services such as due diligence and document review. Bryce is no stranger to high-profile roles, having acted on some of Canada’s most significant M&As, including the recent acquisition of Halogen Software and Corus Entertainment’s purchase of Shaw Media in 2016.
