In Toronto, Fogler, Rubinoff LLP welcomed Eric Hoffstein as a partner. He practises corporate and commercial litigation and dispute resolution with a special focus on trust, estate, and charity/not-for-profit law, as well as real property disputes. Hoffstein has appeared as counsel at all levels of the Ontario courts and at the Supreme Court of Canada and regularly appears before the Toronto Estates List.
