Four Seasons Hotel Inc. completed a public offering in Canada and the United States on September 22, 1999 of U.S. $570,020,000 of Liquid Yield Option™ Notes (“LYONs”) due 2029. The net proceeds to Four Seasons from the sale of the LYONs will be used to repay existing bank indebtedness and for general working capital purposes.
