GE Provides Customer Financing to Xerox Canada

On September 26, 2003, Xerox Canada Ltd. completed the first funding under a seven-year program with GE VFS Canada Limited Partnership, a unit of GE Commercial Finance. Under the program, GE VFS becomes the primary equipment financing provider for Xerox customers in Canada, while Xerox retains responsibility for the ongoing service needs of its customers. The program initially provides for funding of up to $850 million.
