After 15 years as Crown Counsel, Gerry McGeachy started a new role as e-Discovery Counsel for MT>3, a division of McCarthy Tétrault LLP. His skill and knowledge in e-Discovery has been recognized by the Association of Certified e-Discovery Specialists designation. He is sought for his insights into the management of electronically stored information and its use in litigation (including prevention of mismanagement or misuse).
