Glendale International Sells Electronics Business to Circuit World

Glendale International Corp., a manufacturer of recreational vehicles in Canada and a manufacturer of electronics and ground-based air navigation systems completed the sale of its electronics business to Circuit World Corporation, a Canadian printed circuit board manufacturer. Glendale received 8,541,987 Circuit World common shares resulting in Glendale owning approximately 49 per cent of the outstanding voting shares of Circuit World. The transaction closed on July 31, 2003, and its value is undisclosed.
