Greg Shannon joins Gowling WLG

Greg Shannon, QC, relocated his diverse corporate practice to Gowling WLG, where he is now a partner. Shannon’s expertise includes corporate finance, M&A, tax and corporate governance — all informed by his substantial cross-border experience. He acts as counsel for corporate reorganizations, international transactions and M&A. He co-founded the Calgary Enterprise Forum Society, which fosters emerging business in Southern Alberta, and was its chair until 2016. He is also a passionate amateur pianist; he began playing at age four.
