On December 1, 2004, Halcrow Canada Inc. acquired all of the shares of Yolles Group Inc., a prominent Canadian engineering company. The amount of the deal is confidential.
Halcrow Canada is a subsidiary of Halcrow Holdings Ltd., a UK engineering company with a network of 29 UK offices, 32 international offices and over 4,000 employees. Yolles Group is the first North American acquisition by Halcrow Holdings.
