Hoopp Realty Acquires 2001 University Office Building

HOOPP Realty Inc. acquired the 2001 University office building in Montreal from London Life Insurance Company, which was represented by GWL Realty Advisors Inc. The deal closed on August 7, 2003 and its value is $53.6 million.

HOOPP Realty was represented by Colin Gravenor and Leslie Beck of Gravenor Beck in Montreal. London Life and GWL Realty Advisors were represented by Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, with a team that included Brian Salpeter, Elias Benhamou and Marc Trottier.
