Hugo Babos-Marchand moved his bankruptcy and insolvency law practice to BLG where he is now a partner. He regularly advises banks, trustees, receivers, corporations and shareholders on matters under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. His practice also consists of banking litigation, including extraordinary remedies, shareholders’disputes and enforcement of foreign judgments. He has represented clients before all levels of courts in Québec as well as before the Federal Court. Babos-Marchand was previously a partner at Davies.
