Ivanhoe Cambridge Enters into $450M Credit Facility

Ivanhoe Cambridge entered into a $450 million senior secured credit facility on July 31, 2008, made available by a syndicate of domestic and foreign lenders. The syndicate of lenders was led by Royal Bank of Canada, as administrative agent, and RBC Capital Markets as lead arranger.

Ivanhoe Cambridge was represented and led by senior legal counsel Patty Keroglidis, and by Heenan Blaikie LLP with a team comprised of Tony Kiru, Jeffrey Citron, Kenneth Kraft, Maxine Ethier and Marco Gammone in the Toronto office, Richard Shrieves, Anjili Bahadoorsingh, Mandy Cheema, Amanda Harris and Jennifer Jackson in the Vancouver office, and Joel Goldberg, Joel Cabelli and Marie-Josée Couture in the Montréal office.
