Jean-François Séguin has joined Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP as partner in the firm’s Montreal office. Séguin will join the corporate/commercial group. His practice includes advising high-growth companies and institutional investors on M&A transactions, equity financings, joint ventures and other matters. Séguin also serves as strategic advisor to tech start-ups, helping them raise capital, build administrative functions and expand. “We are happy that Jean-François has returned to the firm after practising with Clifford Chance LLP in Europe and in the Middle East, working as Vice-President for Rothschild in London and acting as Vice-President and General Counsel for Dialogue Technologies.
