In Calgary, Kenton Rein relocated to Cassels Brock where he is now a partner. Rein practises with the firm’s financial services group. He acts on cross-border transactions for financial institutions and borrowers, and for purchasers and vendors in M&A deals. Rein was previously with Stikeman Elliott.
