Lawrence (Lawrie) Wilder relocated his corporate and securities law practice to Miller Thomson LLP, where he is now a partner in its business law group. Wilder moved from Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, after almost 22 years at that firm. Early this year, he acted for private-label business Apollo Health & Beauty Care Partnership in its acquisition by Acasta Enterprises (SPAC). He has also acted on many transactions in the REIT and hospitality sectors, including advising Accor in its acquisition of the Fairmont Raffles and Swissôtel chains.
