Manulife Real Estate completed its purchase of York Mills Centre in Toronto from Ivanhoé Cambridge for a total price of $161 million. York Mills Centre is a four building, 549,000 square foot, class “A” suburban office complex with a tenant roll that includes Royal Bank of Canada as main tenant.
