Murray Braaten moved his practice to Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP where he is now a partner. Prior to joining the firm, he was managing partner of Lando & Company LLP. Braaten advises development companies, lending institutions and community groups on real estate development, resort development and finance. He has acted on several mixed-use multi-family developments involving redevelopment of industrial land. He has also acted on transit-oriented developments including re-development of existing shopping centres.
