Natalie Prange has joined DLA Piper (Canada) LLP’s Toronto office as an associate in the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Group. She has experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, renewable energy and infrastructure projects. She joins DLA Piper after working in the Toronto office of a prominent global firm, where she also summered and articled.
