On December 20, 2004, National Bank of Canada closed a public offering of $350 million medium term notes due December 22, 2019. The offering was made pursuant to a pricing supplement dated December 15, 2004 to the National Bank’s March 4, 2004 shelf prospectus.
The notes were offered through a syndicate of dealers led by National Bank Financial Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc.
